Effective 8/1/2026, MCHA has implemented HUD's National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate. The complete NSPIRE Standards can be viewed here.

Completed inspection reports including the inspector's notes and pictures can be viewed by logging into the Landlord Portal. If you are not able to see your tenant's information and inspections, contact Anna for a Housing Cafe Registration code.
